Candied Flowers

Emily and Helena made candied flowers while I 
was gone.


Here the flowers are drying after being cut and washed.


Brushed with beaten egg white, dusted with sugar,
and drying


Dry for 12-36 hours on parchment or waxed paper
covered wire rack


Happy to be done!


The finished product can be stored up to one year
in an air-tight container.
